Robert Brown is a project economist and financial analyst with over 30 years as a consultant to Governments, the IFIs including the World Bank, ADB, EBRD, EIB and JBIC, and to the Private Sector. He has provided advice at the most senior levels in Government and to the Boards of major listed companies.
Robert has worked throughout the world within the transport sector and has specialized in port development. He has experience in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. In particular he has worked extensively in Asia and is an Associate member of the International Association of Ports and Harbours where he worked within the Secretariat in Tokyo in the 1980s. In recent years he has specialized in advising on funding infrastructure within Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
