DWA was appointed to help a shipyard based in the Middle East to make a Strategic Acquisition in South East Asia.  The need was to find a yard that complemented the existing operations of the yard and offered the opportunity for substantial additional growth.  After reviewing more than fifty yards a short list has been prepared and negotiations seeking to finalize one or acquisition are ongoing.
