Kent Busk has been involved in planning and optimization of more than 40 terminals, and has been leading multiple Terms of Service (TOS) specifications and procurement for conventional and highly automated ports and container terminals in various countries. He spent four years with responsibility for research and development for APM Terminals, one of the world’s leading global container terminal operating companies.
Kent Busk has managed improvements to existing operations, planning of major expansions, and planning of new, fully and semi-automated container facilities. He has up-to-date knowledge of the state-of-the-art facilities, and best proven technologies.
Additionally, Kent Busk has the ability to perform operations feasibility studies, and to determine the cost saving potentials of various modes of operations, reengineering of processes, and automation technology in various parts of the world and under various labour regimes.
