William Hall is an expert in Port and Transportation Management with twenty eight years in the transportation industry, with the last fourteen years in transportation feasibility studies and facility planning for engineering and development projects worldwide.
He has managed and conducted port and rail due diligence and privatization projects, marine, rail and truck terminal feasibility studies, shipping rate and level of service reviews and port traffic forecasts. He has also planned and supervised movement of project cargoes and personnel once project feasibility has been established and engineering and construction have begun. He has also evaluated for the US Government ways in which ports and private sector transportation firms may be better used and be more closely integrated in disaster preparedness and response activities.
William Hall has project management experience in North America, Latin America, Africa and East Asia.
