DWA brought together a major tank terminal operator and a property and industrial developer to create an opportunity for the development of a major 3rd party tank terminal providing 2,000,000 m3 of storage in a strategic location in the Mediterranean.  The development aims to provide a key trading hub similar to Singapore and will change the logistics pattern of the region over the next ten years.
