Picerne Developments are a major real estate developer and appointed DWA to examine the feasibility of taking over expanding and operating a port close to land they own in Puerto Rico. The work involved developing a traffic and tariff forecast for the port, identifying a strategy through which they could bring partners with additional sector expertise into their team and finally assisting them to implement that strategy. Picerne are now in discussions with DP World and Oil Tanking related to the potential to develop the port.
