DWA was appointed to prepare a Master Plan to develop an existing port.  The port handled a low volume of cargo using traditional methods.  The work identified traffic that a renovated port could target.  Plans of how this additional traffic could be handled without compromising the ability of the port to service its existing users were prepared.  The financial viability of the expansion was assessed.
