DWA was appointed to support one of the world’s leading engineering consultancies on the design of the marine facilities for a bio-fuel refinery in Hong Kong.

The work included the specification of all cargo handling equipment and the layout of the quayside including deck furniture.

DWA also prepared a detailed operating statement for the marine facilities.
