DWA provided an expert in cruise terminal marketing and operation to support a major study funded by the Asian Development Bank. The study investigated the commercial potential for a Public Private Partnership (PPP) in the development of a Cruise Terminal at Tanah Ampo in Bali. The expert provided by DWA assessed who were the potential private participants in the development. He also assessed and helped to improve the existing cruise operations at the terminal. The study team with his support developed an indicative forecast of the number of potential cruise calls and passengers that the terminal was likely to receive. All work was done as part of a process to structure an upcoming tender for the management of the terminal in a PPP format.
