Port Klang has grown successfully from a relatively small regional port to a major transhipment centre over the last twenty years. It is now seeking to plan further expansion and has developed a Master Plan for the physical development of the port that matches the potential demand for port services from the domestics, regional and international markets. Working with a major economic consultant DWA reviewed potential competition to Port Klang to identify the Strengths Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to the port as it develops over the next twenty years.
