DWA prepared a Master Plan for a new Home Port for the Dredging Corporation of India. The plan considered the commercial viability of the proposed development and the range of services that the home port needed to provide to DCI. The activities to be undertaken at the new home port included training, preparation for contracts, refitting of dredger and the construction of dredgers.
